Domino's Pizza is seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Assistant Manager to join our team in Cocoa, United States. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing daily operations, leading staff, and ensuring exceptional customer service at our 4600 W King St Cocoa, FL 32926.

  • Manage and supervise store operations during assigned shifts
  • Lead, motivate, and train team members to maintain high performance standards
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and food safety regulations
  • Oversee cash handling, inventory management, and cost control measures
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally
  • Assist in staff scheduling and payroll management
  • Maintain store cleanliness and adherence to brand standards
  • Collaborate with the General Manager to implement marketing initiatives and achieve sales targets
  • Monitor and analyze store performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement
  • Participate in the hiring and onboarding process for new team members

Qualifications

  • Proven leadership experience in a fast-paced retail or food service environment
  • Strong mathematical aptitude for cash handling, inventory control, and financial reporting
  • Excellent multitasking and time management skills
  • Demonstrated ability to make sound judgments and solve problems efficiently
  • Superior customer service skills with a focus on creating positive experiences
  • Proficiency in following and enforcing company policies and procedures
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage team members
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in using point-of-sale systems and basic computer applications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; some college education is a plus
  • Food safety certification or willingness to obtain within a specified timeframe
