Job Description

This Assistant Manager role at Domino's Pizza involves overseeing all aspects of a shift, including cost, inventory, and cash controls, as well as customer relations. The manager is responsible for setting an example by adhering to all policies and procedures and ensuring staff compliance. The position requires managing staffing, paperwork, food, scheduling, customer service, store cleanliness, marketing, and profitability within one of the franchise's 14 locations.
Must have:
  • Manage all cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations during a shift.
  • Set an example by following all company policies and procedures.
  • Enforce policies and procedures among employees and coworkers.
  • Handle staffing, paperwork, and food management.
  • Work to a schedule and provide great customer service.
  • Maintain store cleanliness and contribute to marketing and profitability.

Assistant Managers are responsible for everything that happens during their shift. This includes all cost controls, inventory control, cash control and Customer relations. You must set the example by following ALL policies and procedures-every day, every shift, all the time. You must expect and enforce the same from your employees and coworkers.
