Bounteous x Accolite is seeking a Solution Lead to join their growing team, working at the intersection of sales and delivery. The role involves partnering with Business Development executives, engaging with executive-level client stakeholders to understand business challenges, and establishing a vision for digital solutions. The Solution Lead will collaborate with team members to develop projects and solutions, lead tradeoffs between approaches, orchestrate planning, estimation, and deliverables, and present cohesive solutions to senior stakeholders. The role also includes driving project kickoffs and initial implementations to ensure team success. The company is a premier end-to-end digital transformation consultancy with over 4,000 expert team members worldwide.
Must have:

We are seeking a Solution Lead to join our rapidly growing team. This role sits at the intersection of the sales and delivery sides of Bounteous x Accolite (BxA) and serves as the linchpin across teams to deliver winning proposals. 

Solution Leads expertly leverage relationships, experience, and expertise to influence and achieve positive outcomes. A strong track record successfully partnering with clients, shaping digital roadmaps, cultivating business, strategically collaborating, and making a long-lasting impact is essential to success. We are looking for a "T-shaped" individual who can engage comfortably with team members across all disciplines. 

Information Security Responsibilities

    • Promote and enforce awareness of key information security practices, including acceptable use of information assets, malware protection, and password security protocols
    • Identify, assess, and report security risks, focusing on how these risks impact the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information assets
    • Understand and evaluate how data is stored, processed, or transmitted, ensuring compliance with data privacy and protection standards (GDPR, CCPA, etc.)
    • Ensure data protection measures are integrated throughout the information lifecycle to safeguard sensitive information

Role and Responsibilities

    • Partner with Business Development executives to identify opportunities with current and prospective clients 
    • Engage with executive-level client stakeholders to extract business challenges 
    • Establish a vision for digital solutions to solve client business challenges 
    • Collaborate with competency team members to develop projects and solutions 
    • Lead tradeoffs and pros/cons of approaches to addressing client challenges 
    • Orchestrate the planning, estimation, and deliverables of projects that both achieve the vision and are winnable by BxA  
    • Confidently present cohesive solutions to senior-level stakeholders 
    • Drive the kickoff and initial implementation of digital solutions to ensure teams are set up for success 

Preferred Qualifications 

    • 7+ years of experience crafting and delivering digital solutions 
    • 5+ years of experience at a digital-first agency/consultancy, with a focus on sales, project estimation, and delivery 
    • Knowledge of key concepts across a wide variety of disciplines, with depth/specialty in strategy, digital design, software development, and/or digital analytics development 
    • Expertise in methodologies including Agile, Lean, and Design Thinking 
    • Deep experience with at least one of our partner products, including Adobe Experience Cloud, Acquia, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Google Marketing Platform, and/or SAP/Hybris 
    • Experience in commerce, customer data platforms, mobile, and other digital products 
    • Ability to clearly and concisely communicate complex, technical topics to a variety of audiences 
    • Outstanding executive presence, presentation, and negotiation skills; the ability to inspire, engage, partner with, and influence senior leadership 
    • Exceptional written communication skills; the ability to craft persuasive and polished proposal copy and written communications 
    • Strong listening skills; a keen ability to listen for client pain points and unspoken objections, ultimately developing insights into win strategies 
    • Self-driven; the ability to work independently, define a way forward, and solve problems with limited direction; proven capacity to drive results in an evolving and complex organization 
    • Excellent organizational skills and a methodical approach to tasks 
    • Digitally-savvy and well-informed on innovations, trends, and technologies 
    • Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent work experience preferred
