Synechron is seeking an experienced and strategic Associate Director of Sales to lead the development and execution of sales initiatives that drive revenue growth. Familiarity with marketing and communication tools like Marketo, Pardot, and Hootsuite is required, with experience managing or executing marketing campaigns being preferred. Additionally, experience with project management and collaboration tools such as Asana, Trello, and Slack is necessary for effective team coordination.
Preferred skills include familiarity with data analysis and visualization platforms like Power BI or Tableau, which can enhance insight generation and decision-making capabilities. Experience with sales engagement and automation tools will be considered an advantage.
