Job Description

Synechron is seeking a Salesforce CPQ Integration Architect with 10+ years in software development and 5+ years in Salesforce. The role requires deep expertise in Salesforce Revenue Cloud components, Quote-to-Cash processes, and hands-on experience with RLM/RCA implementations. Responsibilities include designing complex CPQ structures, proficiency in Apex, LWC, and integrations, and knowledge of data migration and performance optimization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Agile/Scrum methodologies and a Bachelor's degree in a related field.
Must have:
  • 10+ years of experience in software development
  • 5+ years hands-on experience with Salesforce
  • Strong working experience in Salesforce ecosystem
  • Deep understanding of Salesforce Revenue Cloud components: CPQ+, Billing, Subscription Management, RLM Contracting, RCA Orchestration
  • Strong expertise in Quote-to-Cash (QTC) processes: quoting, contracting, order management, billing, invoicing, amendments, renewals, and revenue recognition
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce RLM/RCA implementations
  • Experience in designing bundle structures, product rules, pricing calculators, discount schedules, and advanced quote logic
  • Proficiency in Apex, LWC, Flows, Platform Events, Orchestrator, SOQL and integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware platforms
  • Experience with data migration strategies for CPQ and Billing (Products, Quotes, Subscriptions, Contracts, Invoices)
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce security, LDV strategies, and performance optimization
  • Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • Hands-on experience with open-source technologies, cloud-based technologies, and database systems
  • Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle, testing methodologies, and tools
