Associate Invoicing Officer
Job Summary
Job Description
This role involves global invoice management and accounts payable, including reconciliation, settlement, and compliance with company policy, as well as P&L and balance sheet reconciliation. It's an entry to mid-junior level position in Finance Administration, seeking a strong team player capable of building good stakeholder relationships and acting on initiative with supervision. The individual will support experienced Finance specialists in reporting, task management, and documentation.
Must have:
- Global invoice management
- Accounts payable
- Invoice reconciliation and settlement
- Compliance to company policy
- Reconciliation management in P&L and balance sheet
- Strong team player
