Business Advisors at Capgemini are responsible for shaping the vision and strategy with clients. They understand user and stakeholder needs, elicit processes, data, and capabilities, and derive target processes and business requirements for current and future solutions. This role involves performing analysis of processes, systems, data, and business information, conducting research, and building domain knowledge.
