Job Description
As an Associate Principal Consultant - Product Owner, you will engage with business teams and stakeholders to understand their needs, analyze, document, evaluate, and prioritize requirements. You will also serve as a Subject Matter Expert in one or more domains and act as a key liaison between business, CX/UX, and engineering teams to facilitate product development. Your responsibilities include understanding data mapping/transformation, solution design, process diagrams, acceptance criteria, user acceptance testing, and other project artifacts. You will participate in Program Increment Planning, write/enhance/research Epics & Features, and be responsible as a business lead and central subject matter expert.
Must Have:
- 9+ years of IT experience
- Advanced level of English communication skills
- Understanding of business needs and requirements
- Experience in analyzing, documenting, and prioritizing requirements
- Expertise in at least one relevant domain
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Knowledge of data mapping/transformation, solution design, and process diagrams
- Experience with acceptance criteria, user acceptance testing, and other project artifacts
