Overview

The Audio Producer manages the full lifecycle of audio projects from client brief to final delivery ensuring smooth coordination between clients, talent, studios, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Interpret project briefs and prepare audio estimates.
• Organize project assets and track deliverables.
• Manage client approvals, budgets, and clearances.
• Handle casting, scheduling of talent, studios, and directors.
• Prepare session materials (scripts, visuals, schedules, technical requirements).
• Oversee recording sessions and review final audio.
• Manage costs, POs, and post-production documentation.

Skills & Experience

• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Clear communicator with client-facing experience.
• Knowledge of audio production and post-production workflows.
• Budgeting and cost management ability.
• Prior experience in media, advertising, or post-production preferred.
