Binance, a leading global blockchain ecosystem, is seeking a Bank Reserve Pilot to manage daily routines for SPB and SPI operations, including core banking systems, balance reconciliation, and oversight of client operations. The role involves executing capital allocation according to company policies and compliance requirements, performing financial reconciliations, and identifying/resolving operational issues. Responsibilities also include supporting other departments, coordinating system updates, working in STR-WEB contingency, approving messaging catalogs, and ensuring compliance with deadlines for the Central Bank. The position requires strong treasury and banking operations skills, extensive experience in managing bank reserves for Pix operations, and familiarity with financial products and back-office operations.
Good To Have:

- Completed degree in Economics, Business Administration, Mathematics, or related areas

Responsibilities:
- Bank Reserves Pilot (SPB and SPI)
- To run all the daily routines regarding the SPB operation (opening and closing SPB cabin and all Core Banking systems, balance outstanding amounts between the different Central Bank channels/accounts, oversight clients’ operations).
- To execute capital allocation in accordance with Company's Policies and Compliance requirements (financial operations ie. Repurchase/Definitive Operations and Rediscount).
- To execute financial reconciliations between Client's operations (ie: Pix) and internal systems (ie. SPI vs Accounting vs Clients bookings)
- To Identify, prevent and resolve issues, questions and problems related to the correct functioning of SPB/SPI
- To support other areas (ie. Tech, Accounting & Finance) in matters related to financial operations, clients’ transactions or related
- To coordinate and/or support updates and fixes on the core banking systems, via interactions with internal or external teams
- Working in STR-WEB contingency
- Approving messaging catalog (SPB/SPI), products and preparing test scenarios
- Ensuring compliance with deadlines and obligations with the Central Bank
- Relationship with Partners, Market and Central Bank
- Creation/Updating of Treasury Manuals and Policies
Requirements:
- 5+ years of relevant experience in banking reserve pilot
- Strong skills in treasury and banking operations
- Solid experience in managing banking reserve for Pix operations
- Extensive experience in financial products, financial back-office operations and banking relations
- Desired experience in managing bank reserve for other operations, such as payments, fx, credit card
- Preferable experience in Matera system (bonus)
Preferred qualifications:
- Completed degree in Economics, Business Administration, Mathematics or related areas
- Hands-on profile, committed to the business throughout the operation
- Proactive, communicative and with a sense of responsibility.
