• Contract type: Permanent - Part-time 20h

The mechanic's responsibilities include, among others, the following:

Carry out work orders = 90%

• The mechanic will be responsible for completing POS work orders on time.
• Perform the following services (within the estimated timeframe):
• All basic to complete revisions and tune-ups.
• A la carte services, including, but not limited to:
• Cable and housing replacement
• Gear adjustment/repair
• Brake adjustment/repair
• Shifter lever replacement/repair
• Chain, cassette, handlebar tape/grip replacement
• Wheel truing
• Wheel repair
• Suspension overhaul
• Drivetrain cleaning
• Disc brake and dropper post overhaul
• Inspect and assess damage to the frame and other components for replacement.
• Communicate to the customer the completion time of the work order and/or the budget modification after inspection.

Various obligations = 10%

• On-site repairs when necessary.
• Assist with sales when necessary.
• Interact and provide quality customer service, both by phone and in person.
• Perform other activities assigned by the manager.
