Binance is seeking an Early Career Talent for its Accelerator Program as a Frontend Developer. This fixed-term program offers an immersive experience in Web3, focusing on developing website features and user interfaces using modern frameworks like React. The role involves participating in code reviews, writing technical documentation, and leveraging AI tools for development efficiency. Candidates should be current university students available for 6 months, 5 days a week, contributing to the world's largest digital asset exchange.

Must Have:

Work with product and design teams to develop website features and user interface.
Develop and deploy front-end applications using modern frameworks such as React.
Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality, readability, and maintainability.
Write clear, detailed technical documentation.
Leverage AI tools and technologies to assist in code writing, debugging, and optimization.
Proficient in JavaScript/TypeScript and React framework.
Experience with modern front end technologies (tailwind, rspack, etc).
Experience in AI-assisted development, with proficiency in using AI coding assistants.
Current university student who can work 5 days per week for a period of 6 months.

Leverage AI tools and technologies to assist in code writing, debugging, and optimization, thereby improving development efficiency and code quality.

Requirements

Proficient in JavaScript/TypeScript and React framework.
Experience with modern front end technologies (tailwind, rspack, etc).
Experience in AI-assisted development, with proficiency in using AI coding assistants to enhance coding efficiency and quality.
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in computer science, engineering or equivalent industry experience.
