We are seeking a motivated Brand Ambassador with excellent soft skills and a positive attitude to enhance player satisfaction and elevate our casino brands. Your responsibilities will include managing customer interactions via chat, email, and calls, ensuring timely and customer-centric responses. You will also align with licensees, providing reports and feedback, and contribute to brand identity and language. Key duties involve showing empathy, addressing customer complaints, and developing strategies to boost customer satisfaction, loyalty, and value. You will act as a proactive link between customers and licensees, working independently to fulfill tasks.

Job Details

Purpose of Role:
We are looking for a motivated Brand Ambassador with excellent soft skills and a positive attitude to ensure player satisfaction. Your main goal is to bring our casino brands to the next level by growing the business and brand loyalty.


Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Handling customer chats, emails, and calls in a timely and customer-centric fashion.
  • Aligning with our licensee and providing reports and feedback.
  • Contributing to brand identity and brand language.
  • Showing empathy and appreciation to our customers.
  • Dealing with complaints and dissatisfied customers.
  • Creating and implementing strategies to increase customer satisfaction.
  • Develop retention, increase loyalty and customer value.
  • Working independently and proactively as connecting link between customers and licensee.


Requirements:

  • Excellent Customer Service Skills.
  • Flexibility to work rotational shifts in a 24/7 environment.
  • Proficient in spoken and written English.
  • Excellent soft skills to be able to deal with challenges professionally.
  • Experience in iGaming a plus.
  • A positive attitude and team player.
  • Strategic thinking and proactive approach.
  • Willingness to learn and fulfill tasks independently.
  • Strong sense of responsibility.
