Job Description

At Sierra, we’re creating a platform to help businesses build better, more human customer experiences with AI. This role supports lead designers in producing a wide range of brand and marketing assets, preparing designs for various channels like presentations, events, social media, and the website. You will ensure visual consistency, contribute to production for photography, video, motion graphics, and web content, and deliver pixel-perfect visuals. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is key to bringing creative ideas to life, maintaining organized design files, and elevating the Sierra brand.
Must have:
  • Support lead designers in producing a wide range of brand and marketing assets
  • Help prepare and adapt designs for presentations, events, social media, the website, and other marketing channels
  • Translate established design concepts and direction into high-quality deliverables and visual consistency across all touchpoints
  • Contribute to design production for photography, video, motion graphics, and web content
  • Deliver production-ready visuals for web, social media, presentations, events, and physical goods
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, engineering) to bring campaigns and creative ideas to life
  • Contribute to high-visibility projects by driving pixel-perfect production and timely delivery
  • Maintain organized design files and help with asset management
  • Collaborate closely and clearly articulate design decisions to a vast set of partners
  • Provide cross-org input that will help shape planning and strategy
  • Deliver and solicit feedback to continually elevate the Sierra brand and raise the quality and craftsmanship of our output

Job Details

What You’ll Do:

  • Support lead designers in producing a wide range of brand and marketing assets
  • Help prepare and adapt designs for presentations, events, social media, the website, and other marketing channels
  • Translate established design concepts and direction into high-quality deliverables and visual consistency across all touchpoints
  • Contribute to design production for photography, video, motion graphics, and web content (experience in all areas not required, but a willingness to learn is key)
  • Deliver production-ready visuals for web, social media, presentations, events, and physical goods
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, engineering) to bring campaigns and creative ideas to life
  • Contribute to high-visibility projects by driving pixel-perfect production and timely delivery
  • Maintain organized design files and help with asset management
  • Note: We're seeking candidates with deep knowledge and significant experience in these areas, coupled with a willingness to learn and expand expertise in others.
  • Collaborate closely and clearly articulate design decisions to a vast set of partners including external partners, multidisciplinary creatives and our internal partners across marketing, engineering and product.
  • Provide cross-org input that will help shape planning and strategy.
  • Deliver and solicit feedback to continually elevate the Sierra brand and raise the quality and craftsmanship of our output; maintaining brand guidelines and strong attention to detail.

What You’ll Bring:

  • 3–8 years of experience in brand, marketing, or graphic design (agency or in-house)
  • A portfolio showing strong visual design skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency with design tools like Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite (motion graphics experience a plus)
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work in a collaborative team environment
  • Openness to feedback, curiosity, and eagerness to grow design skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
