Clearwater Analytics is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Governance Lead to join our team and support internal communications and governance processes. This role will be essential in fostering collaboration across multifunctional teams by orchestrating strategic business cadences, interlock meetings between key business functions, tracking action items, and ensuring that projects are progressing efficiently as well as coordinating global communications, such as townhalls, surveys, etc. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in communication, program management, and governance, with approximately 6 years of experience, with an MBA.

As the Governance Lead, you will play a crucial role in enhancing internal communication and ensuring that governance processes are effectively implemented across the organization. You will work closely with the Chief of Staff and various teams to facilitate meetings, coordinate strategic initiatives, and maintain clear communication channels. Your organizational skills and ability to track project progress will be vital to optimizing team performance and driving accountability within the organization.

This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, other job-related qualifications/skills, and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living). The Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
