We are looking for a highly motivated individual with a passion for data and visualization. The chosen candidate will have the opportunity to work closely with various functions of the business. You will be part of the Analytics team at Hero Gaming.

Responsibilities:

• Implement business intelligence solutions by developing and maintaining reports and dashboards according to business owners’ requirements using SQL and Tableau.
• Develop workflows to automate reporting processes and build interactive tools that allow stakeholders to configure report parameters.
• Act as a business intelligence subject matter expert by supporting colleagues in the creation of visualizations, and the use and interpretation of data.
• Train end users and write documentation on the use of data tools to help them become self-sufficient.
• Liaise with the Data Warehouse team to develop and implement business intelligence strategies and processes to ensure data accuracy and reliability.
• Assist data analysts with the delivery of larger, complex projects.
• Handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintain and support our reporting platforms.

Essential Job Requirements:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in English.
• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline such as statistics, computer science, economics, finance, mathematics, or operations research.
• 2-3 years of work experience in business intelligence, building visualizations/dashboards based on large data sets and/or working with complex queries.
• Strong knowledge of SQL for reporting.
• Experience using visualization tools such as Tableau or similar.
• Stay up to date on software applications within your area of responsibility to ensure the highest level of service and support to the organization.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while interacting with a variety of stakeholders from different departments and backgrounds.
• Ability to work autonomously and proactively.
• Willingness to undergo any training and certifications, whether locally or abroad, as directed by the company.
• Ability to communicate data and technical ideas in writing and verbally to both team members and non-technical colleagues.
• Some knowledge of programming, ideally Python, or a willingness to learn.

Nice to Have Requirements:

• Experience within the iGaming industry.
• Experience with visualization tools such as Tableau or similar.
• Basic understanding of data warehousing and ETL concepts.
• Knowledge of using web APIs, web scraping, data cleaning, and writing simple ETL scripts.
