Job Summary
As a Business Intelligence (BI) Developer, you will design, develop, and implement BI solutions providing insights to leadership. This involves architecting data marts, constructing efficient data pipelines, and automating reporting processes. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver quality data solutions supporting growth objectives. Responsibilities include partnering with stakeholders to define KPIs, developing robust data infrastructure (SQL scripts, datasets, dashboards), transforming data into insights via data models and automated reporting, and leading projects from conception to delivery, ensuring data solutions provide relevant, quality insights. The role requires fluent English communication with US and Canada-based partners.
Must Have
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 2+ years BI/Data Analytics experience
- SQL query writing proficiency
- BI tool experience (Looker, Tableau, Power BI)
- Fluent English communication

Job Description
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience in Business Intelligence or Data Analytics
- Experience writing SQL queries.
- Experience using Business Intelligence (BI) tools like Looker, Tableau, or Power BI to create visualizations and dashboards.
- Ability to communicate in English fluently as this is a role that requires communication with US and Canada based partners.
Preferred qualifications:
- MBA, Master's degree, or advanced degree in a technical or scientific field of study.
- Experience with scripting languages such as Python, Go, JavaScript, or HTML for data manipulation, analysis, and automation.
- Experience in cloud-based data platforms and related BI services.
- Experience supporting data-driven business operations, consulting, or program management and cross-functional BI initiatives in a cloud business.
- Knowledge of statistical modeling, Machine Learning (ML), or data mining techniques.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

- Develop robust data infrastructure, which includes building SQL scripts, creating data sets, crafting problem-solving models, and designing user friendly dashboards.
- Transform data into insights by developing data models, data marts, and automating reporting processes to provide leadership with a clear picture of business and process performance.
- Lead assigned projects from conceptualization to delivery and ensure your data solutions offer relevant, quality data and insights of the business.
