Job Description

Lead Software Developer position in Seoul, Korea focused on integrating a parking platform with an OEM's system. Responsibilities include coordinating with the customer, Tier 1, and SW service providers; owning SW functions and acting as the technical point of contact; leading a team of developers; leading the detail design process; ensuring high-quality SW delivery and ASPICE conformance; and providing guidance on SW development, testing, and integration. The role requires 7+ years of automotive SW development experience in C/C++, team leadership, detailed knowledge of SW quality guidelines (ASPICE), and expertise in ADAS algorithms (e.g., object detection, trajectory planning). Fluency in English and Korean is mandatory.

Project description

Integration of client's parking platform with OEM's system.

Responsibilities

Coordination with the customer (car-maker), Tier1 and SW service provider

Ownership of SW function, being a single-point of contact for technical questions about the product (SW)

Leading a team of Software Developers

Leading a Detail Design process of SW functions

Ensuring high quality of SW delivery and conformance with SW engineering rigor

Providing guidance on SW development, SW testing and integration Support of the development team through hull implementations of the essential functional part

Skills

Must have

7+ years of experience in the automotive SW development (C/C++)

Experience as Team Lead, Lead Software Developer, Staff Engineer

Detailed knowledge of SW quality guidelines and processes (ASPICE)

Knowledge of at least one of:

ADAS algorithms: object detection, free space detection, computer vision, ultrasound sensor processing, radar processing, trajectory planning, model-predictive control, etc.

ADAS behavior and mode management

Autosar application software developement

Experience in safety critical applications

Fluent English and Korean
