Must have:
  • Greet all customers in a polite and friendly manner.
  • Assist customers by promoting products/services, locating merchandise and making purchase decisions.
  • Resolve customer issues and refer concerns to management where appropriate.
  • Maintain salesfloor presentation by stocking and rotating merchandise.
  • Remove damaged or out-of-date goods, setting up and maintaining product displays, signing and pricing merchandise.
  • Ensure proper handling of claims and returns, secure merchandise, identify high shrink items.
  • Maintain a safe work environment as per Company policies and procedures.
  • Receive and stock merchandise, utilize equipment appropriately.
  • Administer required paperwork, logs and other documentation.
  • Refer appropriate service and transactional items to a Customer Service Manager as required.
  • Stock merchandise/picks, Downstocks if applicable.
  • Apply product protection when required.
  • Set and complete modulars, including flex modulars and set new shelf caps.

What you'll do...

1. Greets all customers in a polite and friendly manner.
