Job Description

As a Cast Member, you will be responsible for various aspects of cinema operations, working in a team-oriented environment. Your responsibilities include greeting guests, printing tickets, directing patrons, working concessions, cleaning facilities, operating projectors, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role involves working nights, weekends, and holidays. The job requires excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work on foot for extended periods.
Must have:
  • Greeting guests and providing excellent customer service.
  • Printing and tearing tickets for moviegoers.
  • Directing patrons to their designated theaters.
  • Working at concessions stands and handling food and beverages.
  • Maintaining the cleanliness of the theater facilities.
