Job requirements

    • Key Responsibilities:

    • Partner with business leadership and key stakeholders to set CDP technology roadmap, with a vision ensuring that Salesforce CDP work together to great business value for the defined customer.
    • Has end to end accountability for services and products delivery. Serves as point of escalation, review and approval for key issues and decisions.
    • Exhibits strategic product management mindset necessary to establish the domain with respective business product owner counterparts.
    • Proactively shares knowledge of Customer Data Platform technology risks with business.
    • Develop an environment, which fosters a collaborative, innovative and high-performing organization where product management is leveraged to create value for the business.
    • Support the teams to continually learn and advance maturity of the teams and broader organization; solves for roadblocks and advocates for teams.
    • Lead cross training for the targeted resources on CDP.

    • Candidates Must Have:

    • 15+ years of experience in CDP strategy, approach, setting up capability, GTM and pre-sales.
    • Extensive hands-on experience with a CDP (Salesforce/ ActionIQ/Adobe etc) to build and enrich customer profile.
    • Strong technology, analytics and organizational skills.
    • Proficiency in Salesforce and SQL/Query languages
    • Functional and Technical understanding of Salesforce Eco-System applications Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud, Revenue Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Industry Clouds and leading connected systems, Analytics platforms (e.g. Google Analytics, Tableau etc.
    • Understanding on Salesforce Data Cloud and AI.
    • Demonstrate experience developing unique CPD solutions to complex problems and ability to think outside the box.
    • Though leadership to the top accounts to solve complex problems
    • Strong experience with Salesforce Einstein Analytics, including data preparation, transformation, and visualization.
    • Design, develop, and implement customized solutions using Salesforce Einstein Analytics.
    • Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, especially with Email Studio, Mobile Studio, Personalization
