Exabeam is a global cybersecurity leader delivering AI-driven security operations. This role is for a highly motivated Channel Account Manager (CAM) in Saudi Arabia, focusing on expanding Exabeam's channel ecosystem. The CAM will build strong relationships, accelerate partner revenue growth, and ensure long-term partner success. Responsibilities include recruitment, onboarding, enablement, and joint business planning, aligning with internal sales, marketing, and technical teams to drive execution and impact in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Must have:
  • Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners across Saudi Arabia, with an emphasis on government and public sector accounts
  • Lead onboarding workflows, system access, and delivery of key assets
  • Drive enablement initiatives across technical, sales, and operational roles within partner organizations
  • Deliver and coordinate workshops, webinars, and training sessions
  • Collaborate with product, marketing, and enablement teams to customize partner content
  • Support local customer use cases and Exabeam deployment scenarios, including Saudi government security frameworks
  • Partner with regional sales teams and solution architects to build joint go-to-market strategies
  • Collaborate with partners on pipeline generation, marketing campaigns, and demand creation activities
  • Provide structured feedback to the Partner Program Office to improve onboarding, enablement, and partner engagement models
  • Maintain detailed records of partner performance, enablement touchpoints, and business growth
  • 7+ years of experience in channel sales, partner management, or strategic alliances within cybersecurity or enterprise software
  • Proven experience working with Saudi government and public sector partners
  • Knowledge of local procurement processes and compliance frameworks
  • Strong understanding of channel business models in the Middle East, particularly in Saudi Arabia
  • Familiarity with Exabeam’s solutions (SIEM, UEBA, and AI-driven Security Operations Platform)
  • Experience using partner portals, enablement tools, and CRM systems
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously

  • Arabic language skills (preferred)

Position Summary

Exabeam is seeking a highly motivated Channel Account Manager (CAM) to join our growing Global Channel Team, with a specific focus on partners in Saudi Arabia. This individual will play a pivotal role in expanding our channel ecosystem—building strong relationships, accelerating partner revenue growth, and ensuring long-term partner success.

You will act as the primary interface between Exabeam and our partners in Saudi Arabia—owning recruitment, onboarding, enablement, and joint business planning—while aligning closely with internal sales, marketing, and technical teams to drive execution and impact. This role is ideal for a self-starter who thrives in dynamic, fast-paced environments and is passionate about building high-value partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner Recruitment & Activation
  • Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners across Saudi Arabia, with an emphasis on government and public sector accounts.
  • Lead onboarding workflows, system access, and delivery of key assets (welcome kits, credentials, etc.).
  • Serve as the primary point of contact during initial partner engagement.
  • Track and report onboarding progress, KPIs, and partner satisfaction.
  • Partner Enablement & Growth
  • Drive enablement initiatives across technical, sales, and operational roles within partner organizations.
  • Deliver and coordinate workshops, webinars, and training sessions (both live and recorded).
  • Collaborate with product, marketing, and enablement teams to customize partner content and learning experiences.
  • Support local customer use cases and Exabeam deployment scenarios, including Saudi government security frameworks.
  • Monitor and report on partner certifications, engagement levels, and enablement milestones.
  • Joint Business Planning & Execution
  • Partner with regional sales teams and solution architects to build joint go-to-market strategies.
  • Collaborate with partners on pipeline generation, marketing campaigns, and demand creation activities.
  • Provide structured feedback to the Partner Program Office to improve onboarding, enablement, and partner engagement models.
  • Maintain detailed records of partner performance, enablement touchpoints, and business growth.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in channel sales, partner management, or strategic alliances—preferably within cybersecurity or enterprise software.
  • Proven experience working with Saudi government and public sector partners, including knowledge of local procurement processes and compliance frameworks.
  • Strong understanding of channel business models in the Middle East, particularly in Saudi Arabia.
  • Familiarity with Exabeam’s solutions (SIEM, UEBA, and AI-driven Security Operations Platform) and how they align to the regional cybersecurity landscape and regulatory requirements.
  • Experience using partner portals, enablement tools, and CRM systems.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills in both English and Arabic (preferred).
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • A passion for partner success, revenue growth, and operational excellence.
