About the role

The Chief of Staff role will play a critical role in defining and driving strategic and operational improvements across the company. Working with the CEO and Founder, you will work on a range of critical, high-impact projects, forming a deep understanding of the problem space, persuasively communicating recommendations to leadership, rolling up your sleeves to help drive implementation, and checking back in to see the impact of your recommendations.

Each week will bring a new set of projects and challenges, including the opportunity and satisfaction to solve some of our toughest challenges and product problems. We're looking for a highly capable individual with skills in in strategy, product, data, and execution with a strong track record of driving significant changes. You'll harness data-driven analytics and user-centric interviews to help inform business/product goals and priorities and then put plans into action.

Ultimately, you'll ensure that all business functions align with our strategic goals. Your day-to-day activities will oversee how we report across the business, implement processes, and drive accountability and results. You will be a self-starter with strong analytical skills caused by proactively identifying issues and solving them.

What you'll do

* Work cross-functionally to identify process issues and recommend solutions to improve, using data

* Operate as the go-to business partner for cross-department projects and initiatives

* Lead projects with both internal and external stakeholders that support the LANDED GTM and product roadmap

* Participate in product roadmapping and collaborate with the EPD and leadership teams to inform product decisions

* Actively engage with the LANDED ecosystem to build relationships and develop a deep understanding of the needs and priorities of various customer personas

* Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to develop our strategy and conduct quarterly/annual planning, including goals and outcome metrics (KPIs)

* Conduct data-driven analysis on planning and operations results to drive changes in process and outcomes over time, aiming to deliver outsized value for internal teams and customers

* Build revenue forecasts, analyze current business performance, and assess market opportunities

* Conduct user research to identify user pain-points and ideate on solutions/designs

Must Have

* At least 2 years of experience

* Prior experience with Investment Banking or Management Consulting

* You are an expert with Excel and Powerpoint

* You are an expert at financial forecasting

* Passionate about their work, take ownership, and deliver results

* Have a BA / BS degree or equivalent practical experience

* US work authorization required, we do not support visa transfers

Nice to Have

* You have experience with SQL

* Past entrepreneurial or startup experiences
