As Chief of Staff, you'll be the founders' right hand, driving mission-critical initiatives across the entire company. This role is designed for future founders who want to experience building a high-growth startup from the inside.
What You'll Do
- Partner directly with founders to solve the company's most pressing challenges across strategy, product, and operations
- Drive high-impact projects end-to-end: from problem identification to strategic solution design and execution
- Build and maintain relationships with hospital and health system executives, identifying expansion opportunities

- Proven High Agency: Track record of independently driving projects from concept to completion without needing constant direction
- High-Performance Experience: Background in fast-paced, demanding environments (consulting, banking, startups, or equivalent)
- Healthcare Passion: Deep commitment to transforming healthcare systems and improving patient outcomes
- Growth Mindset: Thrives in ambiguity, learns rapidly, and adapts quickly to changing priorities
- Communication Excellence: Articulates complex ideas clearly to diverse stakeholders
