About the role

As Chief of Staff, you'll be the founders' right hand, driving mission-critical initiatives across the entire company. This role is designed for future founders who want to experience building a high-growth startup from the inside.

What You'll Do

Partner directly with founders to solve the company's most pressing challenges across strategy, product, and operations
Drive high-impact projects end-to-end: from problem identification to strategic solution design and execution
Build and maintain relationships with hospital and health system executives, identifying expansion opportunities
