We are seeking a talented individual to join our Claims team at Marsh & McLennan Asia Business Services (MMABS). This role will be based in our Pavilion Damansara Corporate Towers, Kuala Lumpur office. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working as per respective team's arrangement.
We will count on you to:
- Processing and Adjudication of claims (General Insurance) within turnaround time.
- Diligently monitor and follow-up on unsettled claims with insurers and/or outstanding information from clients.
- Prepare claims statistic report on a monthly basis include, updating the documentation processes.
- Data entry in company database;
- Review and verify data entered in system;
- Following detailed written instructions to make independent decisions on next steps;
- Monitor claim status and generate reports through database ;
- Verify and update information needed on claims;
- Communicate with service provider via phone and email to help gather missing details and support documentation.
- Process payments, as needed
- Process GI Claims, follow-ups with payment etc
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed
What you need to have:
- At least Diploma holder in any field
- Ability to understand, speak, read and write English is required
- Ability to understand, read and write Traditional/Simplified Chinese is required

- Proficient in using Microsoft Excel
