Binance is seeking a Clearing Manager to join its Clearing and Treasury Team. This pivotal role involves managing the financial backbone of the company, ensuring seamless liquidity and funding support globally. Responsibilities include understanding system capital flow logic, connecting fiat channels, handling customer capital issues, and making timely judgments on capital-related matters. The role also requires cooperation with marketing activities and having a clear understanding of reconciliation logic to guide subordinates. Must have:
- Familiarity with system capital flow logic
- Connect fiat channels and capital processes
- Handle customer capital issues daily
- Make timely and correct judgments on capital issues
- Cooperate with marketing activities distribution
- Sensitivity to fund data and ideas
- Clear reconciliation logic concept
- 7-10 years of related working experience
- Fluency in English
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or economics
- At least 7 years experience in clearing and settlement
- Keen risk awareness and identification
- Good logical analysis, communication, and expression
- Work engagement, energetic, innovative, pressure resistance, responsibility, teamwork
- Familiar with Internet Finance and traditional financial business
Good to have:
- Spoken Chinese advantageous
- Experience leading teams and completing projects
- Experience in risk control of acquiring business (bank or Visa)

Join the dynamic Binance Clearing and Treasury Team, a pivotal force driving the financial backbone of the world's leading crypto giant. Our team, divided into Fiat, Exchange, and Fiat/Crypto Treasury areas, ensures seamless liquidity and funding support across all Binance business units globally and regionally. We play a crucial role in managing liquidity, risk control, operational expenses, and supervising fiat channels and banking relationships. Be part of a team at the heart of Binance's financial operations and make an impact in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
Responsibilities:
- Be familiar with the logic of system capital flow changes
- Connect the access of each fiat channels, capital related processes and launch test
- Daily docking customer service to deal with customer capital issues
- Be able to deal with various capital issues and make timely and correct judgment and response measures
- Cooperate with the distribution of marketing activities
- Have a certain sensitivity to various fund data of the system and have own opinions and ideas
- The concept of reconciliation logic is clear, which can guide the daily work of subordinates
- Other fund issues related to the system
Qualifications:
- 7-10 years related working experience
- Fluency in English to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders. Spoken Chinese would be advantageous.
- Bachelor degree or above, major in accounting, finance, economics, etc
- At least 7 years working experience in clearing and settlement in exchange platform, payment channels, commercial bank, etc
- Have keen risk awareness and good risk identification ability
- Good ability of logical analysis, communication and expression
- Work engagement, energetic, innovative, strong pressure resistance, strong sense of responsibility and sense of teamwork
- Familiar with Internet Finance and traditional financial business
- Experience in leading the team and completing projects independently
- Experience in risk control of acquiring business such as a bank or Visa is preferred
