Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Client Service Associate to join our Cleveland-based team. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring top-tier service and support. You will help maintain client satisfaction, resolve issues, and work closely with internal teams to meet performance goals.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison for assigned client accounts.

• Respond to client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.

• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure service delivery meets client expectations.

• Monitor account performance and ensure compliance with client requirements.

• Identify opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and drive retention.

• Prepare and maintain accurate client records and reports.

• Assist in onboarding new clients and setting up service processes.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field preferred.

• 1–3 years of experience in client service, account management, or customer support.

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
