Job Description

The Clinical Adoption Leader is responsible for developing and deploying a Service Delivery Strategy to increase customer NPS and quality while decreasing lead time. This role focuses on achieving operational excellence, efficiency, and quality in software solutions for healthcare organizations. Key responsibilities include collaborating with stakeholders, planning software development projects, and driving software monetization and cost reduction strategies within the business unit.
Must have:
  • Develop and drive software delivery strategy for high customer satisfaction.
  • Drive software operational excellence, delivery & service profitability, and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into effective software solutions.
  • Plan, coordinate, and prioritize software development projects, meeting timelines.
  • Develop long-term plans supporting business expectations on margin.
  • Responsible for SW monetization roadmap for the business unit.
  • Responsible for quality and lowering costs, including license & entitlement management.
  • Support overall business strategy and operational execution of Service Delivery.
  • Responsible for License and deployment models.
  • Govern the use of reference architecture in the domain.
  • 10+ years experience in Software Engineering/DevOps and delivery leadership.
  • Experience in business model innovation and install base management.
  • 10+ years of Customer Relationship Management experience.
  • 10+ years of Healthcare industry experience.
  • Healthcare delivery experience.
Good to have:
  • 8+ years of experience with cloud-based technologies.

Clinical Adoption Leader

The Clinical Adoption Leader is responsible to develop and deploy a Service Delivery Strategy increasing customer NPS and quality and decreasing lead time. The leader will achieve operational excellence, efficiency, availability, Serviceability, quality and develop long-term plans to support business expectations by building a strong global delivery program. The primary goal will be to ensure the timely and efficient delivery of high-quality software solutions that meet the unique needs and regulatory requirements of hospitals and healthcare organizations.

Your role:

  • Develops and drives software delivery strategy, aligned with Business Unit Strategic Plan, creating high customer satisfaction.
  • Drives software operational excellence, delivery & service profitability, and continuous improvement throughout the O2C processes in the business unit.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including hospital administrators, healthcare professionals, and IT teams, to understand their requirements and translate them into effective software solutions
  • Plan, coordinate, and prioritize software development projects, ensuring that resources are allocated appropriately and that project timelines are met.
  • Develops long term planning that supports business expectations on margin including reducing/eliminating physical intervention, automating entitlement management & clean install base w/ digital updates.
  • Responsible for SW monetization roadmap for business unit
  • Responsible for quality and lowering costs, including strategies for license & entitlement management, monetizing software & software features, selling services based on software usage
  • Support the overall business strategy creation and operational execution of Service Delivery business across BU
  • Responsible for License and deployment models
  • Governs the use of reference architecture in the domain.

You're the right fit if:

  • 10+ years of progressive experience within Software Engineering/ DevOps, including experience in delivery leadership
  • Experience in business model innovation and install base management
  • 10+ years of Customer Relationship Management
  • 8+ years of experience with cloud-based technologies, data integration, and interoperability in healthcare environments is a plus.
  • 10+ years of Healthcare industry experience preferred
  • Healthcare delivery experience highly desirable.

How we work together

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

Philips Transparency Details

The pay ranges for this position are:

  • $173,138 to $277,020 (AZ, AR, ID, IA, KS, KY, LA, ME, MS, MO, NE, NM, OK, SC, SD, TN, UT, or WV)
  • $182,250 to $291,600 (AL, CO, FL, GA, HI, IL, IN, MI, MN, NV, NH, NC, ND, OH, OR, PA, TX, VT, VA, WI, or WY)
  • $191,363 to $306,180 (AK, DE, MD, NY, RI, or WA)
  • $204,120 to $326,592 (CA, CT, DC, MA, or NJ)

The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.

In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
