Job Description

The Clinical Modality Sales Specialist (CMSS) is a clinical expert on the product, supporting Account Managers in driving overall business and product deal support by providing clinical and technical product expertise. The role involves informing customers about the latest technological innovations and their associated configurations, addressing inquiries, assisting with customer presentations, supporting business goals, and providing feedback to sales and marketing organizations. This role requires a deep understanding of customer needs, competitive positioning, and the ability to contribute to achieving sales targets. The role involves a mix of sales, technical expertise, and strategic input to drive business growth and customer satisfaction. This is a field role.
Must have:
  • 6+ years of clinical experience in Magnetic Resonance.
  • Advanced English proficiency and effective communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Radiology, Biomedicine, or related fields.
  • Willingness to travel to other cities/states in assigned region.

Job Description

Clinical Modality Sales Specialist (CMSS)

Clinical expert on product, who supports Account Managers in driving overall business and product deal support by providing clinical and technical product (modality) expertise on the product / modality across the accounts.

Participates in defining and controlling the implementation of the business policy, pricing strategy and product/modality to be sold by the BU in the region, according to established guidelines


Your role:

  • Working together with AMs, Sales Specialist informs and recommends customers the latest technological innovations developed and their associated configurations, including the possible upgrades of the installed base, attending the complaints and inquiries made, in order to obtain a higher level of customer satisfaction and contribute to achieve the sales targets.
  • Assists AMs with customer presentations specifically focused on the clinical and technical components of the value proposition. Understand and address competitive positioning and marketing strategy of respective product / modality, and supports where needed in identification of the tender strategy and quotation
  • Supports the Account managers and District Managers in the achievement of business goals including balanced selling and BG/BIU AOP attainment and validating product forecasts.
  • Partners with Marketing to with input on sales tools, pricing issues and competitive threats which enable Marketing to best support the Specialists and provide input to the BG/BIU
  • Prepares and delivers accurate business forecasting on a monthly via accurate lead and opportunity management
  • Monitor competition and changes in the industry and provides effective feedback to the sales and marketing organizations that include suggestions for expanding product offerings.

You're the right fit if:

  • You have acquired a 6+ years of clinical experience focused on Magnetic Resonance.
  • Your skills include advanced English level, customer first approach, effective communication, negotiation, results oriented, business acumen, leadership and collaboration.
  • You hold a bachelor's degree in Radiology, Biomedicine, or related areas.
  • Availability to travel to other cities/states in the assigned region.


How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
