The Commercial Manager will be responsible for driving growth, profitability, and execution across marketing, product, and market operations in India. This includes managing the P&L, preparing budgets, overseeing paid acquisition, digital marketing, CRM, promotions, product development, and VIP programs. The role involves leading quarterly growth planning, conducting market analysis, optimizing user experience, and ensuring consistent execution across various functions. The Commercial Manager will also deliver detailed monthly market reports and act as the local market expert. This role requires a strategic leader with expertise in performance marketing and a deep understanding of the Indian market.
Must Have:- Own the P&L for India and drive growth in line with budget.
