The Chef Gaetano Trovato, trained in Europe by the best chefs, has returned to his native Tuscany to create a cuisine based on organic products, revisiting the genuine flavors of the Crete Senesi with a contemporary spirit. «Territory and Research» and «Contemporary Moments» are two suggestions for seasonal menus. The menu includes fresh pasta of the day, milk-fed veal raised on the hills of Siena, but also scampi, prawns and fish from the Tyrrhenian coast, a feast for the eyes and the palate. Experienced sommelier, Giovanni Trovato will guide you through a list of 600 vintage wines from Tuscany and other territories. The resource, within the 2 Michelin star restaurant and assisting the Chef de Rang, will be in charge of: helping with the mise en place at the table, helping to clear the table after each course, bringing food from the kitchen to the dining room, cleaning and keeping work areas clean, and rearranging the dining room.

Lo Chef Gaetano Trovato formato in Europa presso i migliori chef, è tornato nella sua Toscana natale per elaborare una cucina a base di prodotti biologici, rivisitando i genuini sapori delle Crete Senesi con uno spirito contemporaneo. «Territorio e Ricerca» e «Momenti contemporanei» sono due suggerimenti di menù stagionali. La carta include pasta fresca del giorno, vitello da latte allevato sulle colline di Siena, ma anche scampi, gamberi e pesce proveniente dalla costa tirrenica, una festa per gli occhi e per il palato. Esperto sommelier, Giovanni Trovato vi guiderà attraverso una lista di 600 vini d'annata provenienti dalla Toscana e da altri territori.
La risorsa, all’interno del ristorante 2* Michelin e in affiancamento allo Chef de Rang, si occuperà di:
• Aiutare nella mise en place al tavolo
• Aiutare a sbarazzare il tavolo dopo ogni portata
• Portare le vivande dalla cucina alla sala
• Pulire e mantenere pulite le aree di lavoro
• Riordinare la sala
