Job Description

The Concept Designer will collaborate with clients to develop innovative design concepts for workspaces, managing projects from inception to completion. This role requires a B. Arch or M. Arch degree and over 10 years of experience in office/corporate interior design, with a proven track record in end-to-end project management. Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills are essential, along with proficiency in Autocad, Sketchup, VRAY, and Photoshop.

Must have:

Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, workspace requirement and bring it to life through your creative design.
Develop innovative concepts and themes that capture the imagination and bring unique perspectives to projects.
Coordination with all the stakeholders involve in the project.
Maintain project timelines and ensure high-quality delivery on time, every time.
Ensuring all ideas are represented as accurately and attractively as possible.
Lead and manage design projects from initial stage to completion with India's leading design build company.
B. Arch or M. Arch.
10+ years of experience in design with office/corporate interior work.
Proven track record of managing end-to-end design projects.
Strong leadership and team collaboration skills.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Prior experience in corporate interiors/ commercial interiors is mandatory.
Ability to balance creativity with client needs and timelines.
