For example, how do you apply your problem-solving ability and adaptability as a Consultant Data & AI? Ultimately, it is also important that you possess:

• A completed Bachelor's/Master's degree, preferably in Business Informatics, Business Analytics, or a comparable field;
• At least 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience in the field of data and AI, preferably in a consultancy environment;
• Demonstrable experience with project management and leading teams/projects;
• Excellent command of Python and experience with REST APIs;
• Knowledge of the latest Generative AI techniques, such as RAG, MCP, and AI Agents;
• Experience with Microsoft technologies, such as Power BI, Fabric, and Azure (including AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI);
• Ability to translate complex business issues into data and/or AI-driven solutions;
• Proactive, results-oriented, and innovative attitude; always looking for the latest developments within the data and AI domain;
• Customer-oriented attitude and strong communication skills in Dutch and English (preferred).
