1. Based on the core business objectives of the private domain team, formulate promotion strategies by combining business goals with game content.
2. Able to develop content creative solutions based on business objectives and user needs, promote their implementation, and be responsible for promotional effectiveness.
3. Able to analyze private domain user needs and core game selling points, plan and output highly shareable creative content, maximize resource utilization for implementation, and achieve promotional goals.
4. Work closely with collaborating departments, and in line with business direction, independently complete private domain content customization & results review, and be responsible for the quality, effectiveness, and reputation of private domain content.
1. Bachelor's degree or above, at least 3 years of experience in community operations/user operations in the gaming industry.
2. Passionate about games, with a deep understanding of ACG culture, familiar with mainstream community ecosystems and private domain content operation logic.
3. Strong logical thinking, with certain data analysis and mining capabilities, and complete experience in content operation full-case projects (creative planning, strategy formulation, content scheduling, resource coordination, production promotion, analysis and review, etc.).
4. Possess planning capabilities for graphic and private domain promotional content, able to effectively coordinate team resources.
5. Strong sense of responsibility, high delivery efficiency, strong execution, basic image editing skills (e.g., PS) preferred.
