Content Operations (Community Focus)

Responsibilities include researching social media and community trends, planning operational strategies based on game characteristics, analyzing competitor social media and community tactics, planning social media activities and community gameplay, establishing diverse feedback channels, creating user operation plans to aid in retention, conversion, recall, and revenue growth, and collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth operation of game communities and social media. The ideal candidate will be passionate about games, possess strong analytical skills, and be able to independently promote game community optimization and commercialization.
