About the role

Crunchyroll is seeking a (Contract) Senior Manager, Partnership Marketing, Americas, to support third-party distribution partnership marketing in the Americas region (United States, Canada, Spanish-speaking Americas, and Brazil). This is an individual contributor role. You will coordinate and liaise with multiple teams and external partners to support partnership marketing programs for SVOD subscriber growth and performance, expand awareness, and increase revenue.

  • Support the Director, Partnership Marketing, Americas, while they lead America’s partnership marketing programs with high-profile brands such as Amazon, Apple, Roku, Comcast, Google and YouTube, PlayStation, Samsung, and many others.
  • Support the development and update frameworks, guides, and plans to ensure standards, good practices, insights, and processes are followed and shared across teams.
  • Help develop reports, dashboards, presentation decks, and analyses to ensure partnership marketing programs, processes, and placements are operating and performing as expected.
  • Partner with Business Development, Partner Management, Campaign Management, Regional Marketing, and PMO to manage regional action plans and integrated calendars and support project management, ensuring projects are moving and on track
  • Oversee asset management, execution of tasks, project management, creative services requests, presentation decks, scheduling, and similar activities.
  • Oversee external partners, agencies, and vendors on top of operations related to the function, which includes administrative responsibilities, such as POs, invoicing, reporting, creative briefing, approvals management, title selection process, and contract management.

As a (Contract) Senior Manager, Partnership Marketing, Americas, you will report to the Director, Partnership Marketing, Americas.

About You

  • 5+ years of marketing and program management experience in a global or international organization in the entertainment, tech, media, or video game spaces
  • Experience supporting complex, multifaceted deals and partnerships from a marketing perspective
  • Can navigate priority shifts and ambiguities while working across multiple concurrent projects
  • A down-to-earth approach to work and experience serving and meticulously supporting their team, leaders, and teammates
  • Strengths across performance analysis, creative briefing, management of creative process, pitch decks, business, and strategy plan development
  • Experience managing external partners, agencies, vendors, and contractors operations
  • Prior success in working in a distributed team environment with peers and partners in multiple time zones and locations across the world, with multiple cultures and backgrounds
  • Spanish or Portuguese language skills
  • Willing to travel domestically and internationally
  • Anime knowledge is a significant plus

The GTM & Partnership Marketing team works with global regions to support and bring to life Crunchyroll’s Strategy & Planning’s vision, goals, and priorities. The team also works to support app distribution, channel, and partnerships from a Marketing perspective to delight and super-serve anime fans, expanding our footprint and brand awareness while making Crunchyroll synonymous with anime worldwide.

The Pay Range for this position is listed. Actual pay will vary based on factors including, but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Crunchyroll’s Total Rewards offerings for employees.
