Job Description

As a valued member of the Corporate FP&A team, the Senior Financial Analyst will be a financial subject matter expert of Enterprise portfolio management and financial analytics. The position will be analytically driven, with the objective to provide valuable financial insight to leaders driving decision making, financial results and planned earnings impact.
Must have:
  • Drive month-end accounting and processing of data related to the enterprise project portfolio, including planning, forecasting, variance analytics and reporting.
  • Partner with portfolio management on initiative tracking processes and data to ensure financial data is aligned to initiatives accurately on a monthly basis.
  • Develop and distribute monthly & quarterly financial reporting to key stakeholders providing portfolio statistics and full-year forecasts.
  • Drive data alignment in key financial and portfolio systems that enable end-to-end processing.
  • Partner with Business Finance leadership to drive transparency into the financial impact of initiatives, and enhancements to the process.
  • Develop financial metrics aligned to value and outcomes.
  • Identify and deliver opportunities that enhance processes through automation, offshoring, or elimination.

Job Details

You will

  • Drive month-end accounting and processing of data related to the enterprise project portfolio, including (but not limited to) planning, forecasting, variance analytics and reporting.
  • Partner with portfolio management on initiative tracking processes and data required to ensure financial data is aligned to initiatives accurately on a monthly basis.
  • Develop and distribute monthly & quarterly financial reporting to key stakeholders providing portfolio statistics and full-year forecasts.
  • Drive data alignment in key financial and portfolio systems that enable end-to-end processing.
  • Partner with Business Finance leadership to drive transparency into the financial impact of initiatives, and enhancements to the process.

You have

  • 3-7 years of finance/accounting experience
  • Strong knowledge of financial analytics
  • Experience using and ERP, Oracle and SmartView a plus but not required
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines and work additional hours during peak sessions
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to multi-task, prioritize deliverables and support multiple business partners.
  • Ability to create professional analyses and present to senior leadership.
  • Ability to be a trusted business partner and to work in a team environment.
  • Strong communication & organizational skills.
  • Strong Excel skills (Macros, V-lookups, etc.)
  • Willingness to learn and grow on the job.
  • Ability to make suggestions to management based on analysis and work independently.

Location

Hybrid role - 3 days in office in the Hudson Yards, NYC office; 2 days WFH

Salary Range:

$80,940.00 - $132,975.00

The salary range reflected above is a good faith estimate of base pay for the primary location of the position. The salary for this position ultimately will be determined based on the education, experience, knowledge, and abilities of the successful candidate. In addition to salary, this role may also be eligible for annual, sales, or other incentive compensation.
