The Country Sales & Delivery Lead for Netherlands at Tesla is responsible for leading the sales and delivery strategy, daily operations, and team development within the Netherlands market. What to Expect

The Country Lead is responsible for driving the sales and delivery strategy and daily operations across Netherlands. They will hire and develop the best people leaders and ensure development of the highest performing teams, who are driven, motivated to deliver market goals in pursuit of the mission. The Country Leader will contribute and drive decisions on our real estate footprint, take accountability for achieving ambitious sales and delivery targets and ensure the business performs on key success criteria including but not excluded to market growth and profitability, customer satisfaction, operational excellence and employee development and retention. In addition to driving business performance across Sales & delivery, the Country Lead is expected to act as an ambassador for Tesla in the market, as well as provide critical perspective and guidance on decisions impacting outcomes within their market to increase Tesla’s market share.

What You’ll Do
  • Identify, develop and execute activities, to develop the market; expand the customer base and ultimately drive leads, sales/orders, deliveries
  • Always championing a growth mindset
  • Hire, develop, lead and motivate and retain a high performing and engaged sales and delivery team who are willing to experiment, learn, and innovate to drive results      
  • Develop a culture of ongoing performance development and improvement across team, supported by People functions      
  • Lead the team to deliver an excellent customer experience across the whole value chain from first contact with the brand/ product to ongoing ownership experience and also the service experience 
  • Drive operational excellence in all elements of market operations
