The marketing department at 11 bit studios is seeking a candidate for the position of Creative Lead who will shape and elevate the studio’s communication and marketing activities. including both the construction of the umbrella brand and marketing of individual products from the 11 bit portfolio.
We offer work in a hybrid model (required to be present at least 3 days a week in the Warsaw office).
Key responsibilities:
Leading and mentoring the Creative team, providing direction and performance feedback.
Creating strategies and creative plans to bring our marketing campaigns to life.
Overseeing the creation of promotional content - like game trailers and other key marketing assets.
Making sure all visual and video content meets a high creative standard.
Pitching fresh (and sometimes bold!) ideas and helping shape the bigger picture when it comes to branding our games.
Collaborating closely with other teams across Marketing & Communications.
