The Senior Rewards Partner will manage and support Ubisoft's rewards strategies to achieve employee attraction, motivation, and retention.  Responsibilities include managing total rewards programs (pay structure, benefits, recognition), conducting salary benchmarking, overseeing performance reviews, implementing global bonus programs, administering employee benefits, developing training materials, advising HRBPs on rewards strategies, and collaborating with internal and external teams.  The role requires strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills, along with knowledge of Singapore employment laws.

Reporting to the HR Director, the individual should enjoy highly analytical work and problem-solving in a dynamic environment, with the ability to independently prioritize multiple assignments.</p><p><strong>WHAT YOU WILL DO</strong></p><p><strong><u>Total Rewards Programs Management</u></strong></p><ul><li>Effectively manage Ubisoft Total Rewards such as pay structure reviews, employees’ benefits, rewards and recognition programs</li></ul><ul><li>Review the effectiveness of existing Total Rewards programs, policies and practices to ensure relevance, market competitiveness and regulatory compliance.
