The AppleCare Digital team is looking for a passionate and visionary Creative Lead to help drive the creative direction of our Social and on-Domain content. In this role, you’ll work under the direction of the Creative Manager, alongside fellow Creative Leads, and closely with a team of Producers, Motion Artists, Editors, Designers, Writers, and Strategists to bring intuitive and effective support content to life. Direct the creative development of content from in-briefing to publication, ensuring that it meets the standards of quality, engagement, accuracy and tone that befits the Apple Brand. Work as part of a dedicated team, passionate about excellent design in accordance with project constraints and parameters. Animation, photography, design, and illustration direction experience are core to the role, with experience both pitching creative and leading creative vision from concept through delivery. Bring a strong eye for art direction and a deep understanding of brand identity in order to develop, maintain and evolve a unique style guide of standards for the content. Partner effectively and enthusiastically with fellow Creative Lead(s) on a range of projects, topics and needs Participate on projects that demand both conceptual and functional thinking, partnering with cross-functional teams and leadership effectively. Conceptualize, build storyboards and otherwise ideate for both design and animation, using different styles and approaches for deliverables as needed. Operate with flexibility, responding swiftly to new information, opinions, and directions to shift strategically when needed. Using a keen understanding of video production and business needs, develop and maintain a detailed and scalable approach to deliverables. Dive deep into the details while also steering towards big picture objectives. Innovate and drive best-practices for an efficient post-production graphics pipeline & workflow.
At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $146,800 and $274,500, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
