As a Creative Producer for the Magic team, you will ensure art and writing resources have everything needed to make outstanding products on time, within budget, and at a high level of quality. This role involves project scheduling, documentation, requirements gathering, budget management, and talent coordination for creative projects.
Must have:
  • Build Smartsheet templates and track project schedules.
  • Coordinate development and distribution of Worldbuilding documentation.
  • Gather project requirements and connect leadership with contributors.
  • Generate and maintain accurate documentation of Worldbuilding assets.
  • Bring clarity and consensus, drive conversations, and track decisions.
  • Ensure project needs and logistics are within budget.
  • Drive pre-visualization work for focus groups and surveys.
  • Coordinate securing talent and ensure contractual obligations are met.
  • 3+ Years’ experience as a Producer or Project Manager in games.
  • Understanding of the creative process.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for diverse teams.
  • Project management orientation with process and problem-solving.
  • Excellent documentation ability.

As a Creative Producer for the Magic team you will ensure that our art and writing resources have everything they need to make outstanding products while staying on time, within budget, and at the excellent level of quality our team is known for.

What You'll Do:

  • Build Smartsheet templates, track project schedules, and follow up with individuals inside and outside of the Creative team to ensure timely delivery.
  • Coordinate the development and distribution of foundational documentation for Worldbuilding.
  • Gather project requirements and connect the dots between leadership and individual contributors.
  • Generate and maintain accurate documentation of Worldbuilding assets and needs for upstream and downstream partners.
  • Bring clarity and consensus to the team by generating action items, driving conversations to conclusions, and keeping track of decisions.
  • Ensure project needs and logistics are within budget.
  • Drive pre-vis work for focus groups, external consultants, and surveys.
  • Coordinate securing talent for visual concept pushes; work with legal to ensure contractual obligations are met in a timely manner.

What You’ll Bring:

  • 3+ Years’ experience working as a Producer, Project Manager, or similar game project management position.
  • Understanding of the creative process: Thrives working in a multifaceted environment with creative and artistic teams.
  • Strong interpersonal skills: High value is placed in being able to clearly and empathetically communicate with diverse teams.
  • Project management orientation: Ability to demonstrate an outstanding balance between a flexible/forward-thinking mentality and a strong orientation towards process and problem solving.
  • Excellent documentation ability: Strong skills in articulating complex concepts.

The base salary range for this position is $88,600.00 to $146,400.00. The hiring range will vary based on factors such as experience, skills, location and market conditions. Additionally, employees may be eligible for annual and long-term incentives as part of their overall compensation package.
