Creative Production Assistant
Job Description
- A degree in Film, Media, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience using a CRM, e.g. Monday.com.
- Assist with shoot preparation in studio and on-location.
- Liaise with Assistant Producers, Producers, and Art Department.
- Delegate tasks to Runners for workflow efficiency.
- Contribute to set and prop design and creation.
- Support production documents (call sheets, mood boards, invoices, schedules).
- Assist in creating pitch decks.
- Perform errands, deliveries, and collections.
- Maintain studio, wardrobe, and prop organization.
- Track spending and expenses.
- Previous experience as a Runner, Production Assistant, or on-set.
- Background or strong interest in crafting, prop-making, or set design.
- Proficiency in Microsoft, Google suites, and Canva.
- Flawless communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong project management and problem-solving abilities.
- Possess a valid driver's license and daily access to a reliable vehicle.

What You'll Be Doing:
Shoot Prep: Assisting with any and all shoot prep required both in the studio and on-location
Communicating: Liaising with Assistant Producers, Producers and Art Department, alongside delegating to Runners. You will ensure a smooth workflow and make sure everyone has everything they need from pre to post production!
Creative Builder: Contribute to the design and creation of sets and props through hands-on crafting and painting.
Production: Support with production documents e.g. call sheets, mood boards, invoices, shoot schedules, online trackers etc
Pitching: Assist in creation of pitch decks, including writing up brainstorm minutes/ideas, researching and analysing content, and designing decks.
Team Player: Running errands and completing deliveries/collections out of the office
Organisation: Helping to keep the studio, wardrobe and props clean and organised.
Detail-Obsessed: Supporting in keeping track of spending and expenses.

Requirements:
Experience: Previous experience as a Runner, Production Assistant, or on-set is essential, along with a background or strong interest in crafting, prop-making, or set design
Education: A degree in Film, Media, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
Software: Proficient in Microsoft, Google suites and Canva. Experience using a CRM, e.g. Monday.com is a plus but not essential.
Skills: Flawless communication and interpersonal skills, strong project management and problem-solving abilities, reliable under pressure, with a passion for hands-on creativity and crafting.
Drive: Possess a valid driver's license and have daily access to a reliable vehicle.
