Customer Support Specialist

In this role, you’ll focus on efficiently managing support tickets and ensuring service excellence aligned with quality standards and SLAs. You’ll also collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver a smooth, supportive experience for our community members.

Customer Support Specialist Responsibilities:

• Answer support tickets in Zendesk.
• Develop an expert understanding of our platform and administrator tools.
• Maintain quality and performance goals set by your manager.
• Identify, verify, and escalate bugs and technical issues through proper channels.

Customer Support Specialist Qualifications:

• Ability to offer effective customer service via email.
• Some experience in customer service, preferably for a website.
• A positive, solutions-oriented attitude and drive to help customers resolve their issues.
• Collaborative team player who is supportive of their peers.
