Job Description
The Data Analyst will conduct data research, analyze and interpret datasets, perform root cause analysis to identify outliers, and troubleshoot system issues for customers. This role involves utilizing business tools for data extraction, modeling, and troubleshooting to gain insights for business growth. The analyst will collaborate with cross-functional teams, align with organizational goals, and communicate project progress effectively with US stakeholders. A Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Electronics & Communication engineering is required, along with 3-4 years of experience in technical support for B2B SaaS products, proficiency in Excel, basic Python/SQL, and an understanding of the renewable energy business.
Must Have:
- Conduct data research, analysis, and interpretation of data sets.
- Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and identify data outliers.
- Troubleshoot system-related issues for customers.
- Utilize business tools for data extraction, modeling, and troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution.
- Communicate effectively with US stakeholders on project progress.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical engineering or Electronics & communication.
- 3-4 years of experience in technical support for B2B SaaS products.
- Experience in customer service, technical support, ticketing tools, and troubleshooting.
- Proficiency in Excel, including basic Python/SQL.
- Understanding of the renewable energy business.

Requirements and skills:
- Experience of 3-4 years in technical support to software products (B2B SaaS product)
- Experience in customer service, technical support, ticketing tools, and troubleshooting skills.
- Proficiency in Excel including Python/SQL Basic level.
- Should understand the renewable energy business.
- Strong team player while possessing the autonomy to manage his own workload.
- Excellent communication skill.
