Motorola Solutions is a global company focused on public safety and enterprise technology. The Global Repair Services Operations department provides product repair support across regions, aiming for a seamless customer experience. This internship involves data collection, cleaning, analysis, and visualization for the AI Diagnose Project. Responsibilities include managing datasets, identifying data quality issues, tracking repair metrics, preparing model data for AI retraining, and developing reports using Excel and Google Sheets. The intern will collaborate with cross-functional teams and support project implementation.
Must have:
- Gather data from internal sources within the Oracle Greenfield system.
- Maintain and organize datasets to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Identify and correct data quality issues.
- Transform raw data into structured, usable formats.
- Perform exploratory and statistical analyses to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
- Track repair metrics and prepare model data for AI retraining.
- Develop and present model data reports for AI retraining using Excel and Google Sheets.
- Prepare written reports and visual summaries of sample repair data.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams.
- Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for the project.
- Support project implementation and Go-Live.

Job Description
The Role & Responsivities as below but not limited:
- Data Collection & Management: Gather data from internal sources within the Oracle Greenfield system. Maintain and organize datasets to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Data Cleaning & Preparation: Identify and correct data quality issues (e.g., duplicates, missing values, inconsistent formats). Transform raw data into structured, usable formats to support the AI Diagnose Project.
- Data Analysis: Perform exploratory and statistical analyses to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies. Track repair metrics and prepare model data for AI retraining to support the AI predictive module.
- Data Visualization and Reporting: Develop and present model data reports for AI retraining using tools such as Excel and Google Sheets, clearly showcasing findings from sample repair data. Prepare written reports and visual summaries of sample repair data to aid decision-making.
- Collaboration & Support: Work closely with cross-functional teams including Global Services Engineering, IT, and Operations. Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for the project and support project implementation and Go-Live.
Basic Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or related field
- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
- Knowledge of data visualization tools such as Tableau will be an added advantage
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets
- Minimum internship duration of 4 months
- Able to start in October 2025
