Our job offer:
- Salary: $1,442,000 + current legal transportation assistance
- Schedule: Monday to Thursday from 7:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Friday 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
Job Responsibilities:
- - Digital information processing.
- - Correspondence administration (reception and sending).
- - Movement of documents, boxes, bags, and other documentary items within the different process activities.
- - Operate applications for physical or virtual information capture.
- - Quality control of processed information.
- - Support document management activities involved in assigned processes.
- - Verification, preparation, and readiness of documentary information.
- - Database vs. document validation.
- - Comply with the wearing, care, and proper use conditions of the assigned uniform.
- - Meet the production designated by the operation.
- - Guarantee and ensure the correct handling of all elements, tools, and equipment related to the development of the functions outlined above.
- - Basic document scanning.
- - Perform loans, returns, preparation, insertions, re-archiving, coding, and classification of information managed in the process.
- - Perform other functions assigned by your immediate supervisor.
What we are looking for?
- Educational level: Academic or technical high school diploma. Preferably, but not essential, students of technical careers in information systems and/or archiving.
- Work experience
- 1 year of verifiable experience as a data entry operator
- Key skills and knowledge:
- - Good command of Excel and office tools.
- Customer service.
- Ability to follow operational procedures.
- Adaptability, responsibility, and teamwork.
