Responsible for maintaining ABS eligibility criteria (portfolio projections); responsible for data mining for ABS, portfolio sales, and any other financial instrument requiring data analysis on the portfolio. Responsible for the development, implementation, monitoring, updating, or calibration of models required by the various NRFM areas to increase company benefits derived from data exploitation. Responsible for generating ML, DL, AI, and generative artificial intelligence models that allow for process automation or improved business decisions. Responsible for monitoring, coordinating, and supervising the integrity, quality, completeness, and security of NRFM information housed in the data lake. Responsible for complying with and enforcing the data policy both in model development and in stakeholder use and access.
Responsibilities
- Portfolio projections and, where applicable, managing necessary changes with responsible areas to maintain the required portfolio quality in each current or future ABS.
- Generate the necessary data mining to comply with ABS reports; portfolio sales, customer segmentation, such as Loss triangle, data tapes, and operational reports that contribute to the proper administration of each agreement.
- Development, implementation, monitoring, updating, and calibration of ML, DL, LLM, AI generative and AI models, to generate value for NRFM in decision-making, process improvement, and benefit increase.
- Perform various analyses requested by different NRFM areas that maintain a tangible benefit, efficiency, or regulatory compliance.
- Safeguard the integrity, quality, completeness, and security of data managed under the data office; any deviation must be reported and managed using the respective controls.
- Collaborate in coordination with heavy users or stakeholders to properly integrate information into the data lake, always respecting the Global, Regional, and local policy, as well as the current data model.
- Document the data policy or procedure according to changes and responsibilities under their scope of control.
- Establish controls and processes that allow for improved information use and security.
- Automation of reports requested by various areas or that facilitate decision-making (customer hyper-personalization) in the determined tools.
- Ensure the proper implementation of the data strategy generated by the data office.

Requirements
- Work experience: Experience in developing and implementing ML, LLM, DP, AI, generative AI models, time series, classification, among others, to generate economic value for the company through increased sales or process efficiency (BS, Granting score, Churn models, etc).
- Academic level: Higher Education
- Area or specialty: Bachelor's degree in Data Scientist, Applied Mathematics, Data Science, Actuarial Science, Economics, Finance, Risk, or related field.
- Technical skills: Knowledge in Machine Learning model development, Artificial Intelligence, Python, SQL, Snowflake, Data Lake, Office.
- Certifications: Degree holder
- Languages: Intermediate English level
