Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Demonstrations: Conduct compelling product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients, showcasing the value and capabilities of ICT360's solutions.
  • Technical Expertise: Provide deep technical expertise and support during the sales process, addressing client queries and concerns.
  • Proposal Development: Assist in the preparation of detailed proposals and RFP responses, ensuring alignment with client requirements.
  • Market Insights: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies to effectively position ICT360's solutions.
  • Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, understanding their needs and providing ongoing support throughout the sales cycle.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with product development and marketing teams to align pre-sales activities with product capabilities and marketing strategies.
  • Training: Provide training and support to the sales team on product features, benefits, and competitive positioning.
  • Travel: Be open and available for regular travel to meet with customers and attend industry events.
  • Reporting: Maintain prompt and accurate daily reporting on the company CRM to track sales activities and client interactions.



Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Education, or a related field.
  • 4-10 years of experience as a Pre-Sales Engineer, Pre-Sales Consultant, or similar role in the EdTech industry.
  • Strong technical background with the ability to understand and communicate complex technical concepts.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to meet client needs.
  • Knowledge of the K12 education system and educational technology is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel regularly for customer visits and industry events.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software for daily reporting and tracking sales activities.
