We're looking for our first deployed software engineer to design and implement scalable solutions that solve our enterprise customer's most difficult problems. Your focus will be on improving our speed and quality of delivery.

Our culture:

• We work full-time and in-person at our waterfront office in San Francisco.

• We believe that demonstrated interest in the creative space is key: our team includes musicians, designers, visual artists and more.

What you'll do:

• Embed deeply with strategic customers to understand their business challenges and technical requirements in detail.

• Design, architect, and develop full-stack solutions using an experiment-driven, iterative approach.

• Prepare project plans for both proof-of-concept prototypes and full production deployments.

• Work hands-on with customers' technical teams.

• Contribute to  knowledge bases, codify best practices, and integrate insights from customer engagements to scale our GTM.

Example experience and skills we're looking for:

• Former founder, or early engineer at a startup who has built a product from scratch is a plus

• Are proficient in front-end development using frameworks like React or Next.js, and back-end development skills in Python, Node.js, or similar.

• Some experience with relational databases like Postgres/MySQL

• Interest in AI/ML (direct experience not required)

• Have a bias for action and willingness to work iteratively with your customers to deliver the right solution that solves their problem.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills to articulate value propositions and collaborate across teams.​

• Experience in managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders, ensuring timely and successful execution.​

• Comfortable navigating a fast-paced environment and adjusting strategies in response to market feedback.

• Clear interests in AI and creative tooling, either through work experience, side projects, or event attendance.
